Prep to year 6 pupils
Parents enrolling students are encouraged to contact the Administration office to collect an enrolment form where you will be invited to speak to the Principal or Deputy Principal. If enrolling in prep, a birth certificate will need to be viewed.
Students coming from interstate or private school, a birth certificate will need to be viewed unless the child has previously attended a Queensland State School, where this evidence will already have been sighted. If there are any court orders in place example: custody, domestic violence order’s please have them available for copying.
A School Enrolment Management Plan (School EMP) is in place for Woombye State School.
